We were approached by Garena to tell the story of 4 young heroes, bound by their love of Free Fire, who are abruptly thrust into another world and forced to fight for their lives, using skills honed through years of online gaming.

/ OVERVIEW

Through a series of epic battles, our ragtag team learn the value of teamwork and self-sacrifice to defeat a common enemy. With this project Garena gave us the freedom to explore a bold new look for the franchise, something that would set this video apart from so many others out there. We landed on something we think is really unique, making use of chunky, textured linework, paired with impressionistic, painterly backgrounds, and savage action sequences. We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Garena who backed us the whole way, collaborating with us to take this film to a new and unexpected place.
