/ OVERVIEW

Everything I Can See From Here was a passion project by Sam and Bjorn created in the evenings and weekends during two years of freelancing in London. This is a film dear to our heart and marks a turning point in most of our lives as it eventually led to the creation of The Line Animation Studio as we now know it. We organised a big event in Netil House in East london and build a life size replica of the spaceship from the movie where we screened the film to several hundred audience members. Everything I Can See From Here was nominated for a BAFTA for Best Animation and featured in several short film festivals across the world.

We wanted to explore a new way of looking at short films on your device. This was just as mobile video was starting to take off in 2013 before instagram stories and snapchat moments when vertical video was still frowned upon. We decided to ignore everyone's advice and found that the visuals and the story fit the vertical format perfectly.
